Evgenie М’Аrt. was born in the city of Obninsk of the Kaluga region in 1977.
Recently lives in Petrozavodsk.
Nonliterary activity: has left Physicotechnical School on the basis of Atomic engineering Institute. Has continued study in the same Institute – after third year has left it. Higher education has finished in another Institute in 2003 on a speciality jurisprudence with honours, further worked in Moscow, in 2008 basic profession also leaves. On a daily bread now earns in the Internet in the field of advancement of sites.
Literary activity: Verses has started to write since 16th years. In poetry inherits Kupriyanov's school (the teacher considers Vera Avgustovna Chizhevskaya, Chizhevskaya in turn considers as the teacher Vyacheslav Glebovich Kuprijanov). With 2007 became the participant of avant-garde literary group “Other hemisphere” (the eks-“USSR” - in interpretation in Russian means “We will tempt with Verses the Homeland!”). Since 2011 member of “The Union of writers of the XXI-st century”.
The participant poetic festivals in Moscow, Obninsk, St.-Petersburg, Sarajevo, Tallinn, Brchko.
Verses were published in the local periodical press, in magazines, in Collection and almanacs of verses. The author of the book of verses «RECIPROCAL VISIT» (2004).
Also published in translations in Serbian and Bosnian magazines ("Trag" (Vrbas), "Bdenje", "Zivot", "Bashtinar").
The author of the short film in a video poetry genre (2005).

Refleksivnost Bulgakovljeve proze apsurda u susretu sa Jesenjinovim otiscima realiteta kreira Evgenija, pjesnika sadašnjice. Njegova valovita nadahnuća negacijskih mimikrija moduliraju radost sutrašnjice. Kako? Volition of the youth
Reflectivity of Bulgakov's prose of absurds through the meeting with the Jesenjin's prints of reality creates Eugene (Evgenie), poet of the present. His wavy inspirations of the negation mimicry modulates the joy of tomorrow. How? Simply, through the negation of sand truths that blows out with windstorm of mull driven into a poetic track.
